NIS Delivered Medical and Law Enforcement Emergency Interpreting Service

Interpreters Customers

Hello and welcome to our website!

NIS has been in business since 1988. We were one of the earliest private sign language interpreting referral agencies established in the United States. Our business thrives as a result of our dedication and hard work. We pride ourselves on being flexible and professional.

Our goal is to provide quick, friendly, and reliable coordination of all services.

Our phones have live attendance weekdays from 6am to Midnight (PST). Our voice mail is also active and assisting us 24/7 and keeps us alerted.

People often ask us how far in advance one must request services. We don't have a specific policy on this. We welcome all requests regardless of their timeliness. As a general rule however, the more in advance one can make a request for service, the greater the likelihood resources will be available.

Our schedulers seem to work miracles everyday. If you have a request for service on a day and time that is very busy, please still allow us to input your appointment into our scheduling software (Gridcheck). Gridcheck gives us the views necessary to effectively manipulate schedules that can often result in accommodating your last minute need. We will try to work as fast as is appropriate to your circumstance and provide you an answer according to your deadlines.

We’ve worked hard to organize everything on our website so that you can get quick access to the information you need. If you are unable to locate the information you are in search of please see our site map.
